Bringing back Feb Flo, an 8 workshop series for all levels of hoopers!
- All workshops will be conducted on Zoom and each workshop can have a maximum of 45 participants.
- The 'Levels' category is something put down according to me, but you can join any and all!
- All sessions are 90 mins in duration, 7 pm IST onwards.
- All classes will be recorded, so if you're not able to make it on any particular day, you'll still receive the recording :)

Exclusively designed for you, by you- This workshop has been curated mostly through Instagram AMA responses (so you know this is the real deal). Here's an organised mix bag for the mixed bag of people that you are.

Flo-books- As the name suggests, this is a resource or a handbook you’ll receive after every workshop, that you can come back to at any point you want to refresh your memory on what we learned. It includes drills to practice for the future, playlist, inspo, and your class recordings for future access.

The packaging was impeccable and perfect! The guidance of which hoop is a good fit etc is super helpful for someone like me who has no clue whatsoever.
I would really love if there is a way we could get access to some beginner tips and tricks on learning how to hoop. Just go make the experience whole. Its a struggle to know the right way and no classes. That is all.
Trying my level best to Hoop can't go beyond 10 secs for now.

The hoop arrived in slim cardboard box and I was bit worried but I was worried for nothing as the hoop was in great condition.
It came in good quality bag, and while it was a little tricky to put hoop socket in place,(my mistake) the shape and structure was perfect!!!
Really don't regret a single rupee tbh!
10/10 will buy again ;)

I've always wanted something that could help me carry all the hoops in one go. After several failed attempts to make it by myself, I decided to trust the og-gurus for this and brought the hoop strap. It's a wonderful product and I am glad to carry my hoops comfortably with the hoop strap!!

Anna is wonderful with the kids and my 7yr old is already learning so much. The classes are quite fun and engaging. My daughter now loves hooping thanks to Eshna and the team.
Hoop Flo is definitely a one stop shop for all your hooping skills.. My daughter Aadhya Keni had such an amazing, fun yet professional experience with top notch hula hoop instructors. A special mention to Annabele for making Aadhya’s “Online Beginners” hooping journey so interesting and personalised that we couldn’t resist ourselves from enrolling her for the Online Level Up training. Enrolling our child in Hoop Flo's kids batch has been incredibly rewarding. The instructors were phenomenal— they not only taught movement skills but also took the time to appreciate our child's efforts and encouraged them to embrace the rhythm of life. It's been a joy to see our child thrive and stay active in such a supportive and enriching environment!
My daughter went from being upset on her first day because she felt that she was not able to do anything in that class, to becoming extremely enthusiastic about her classes from after day 1. She has still a lot to learn, but thank you mam for encouraging her and being patient with her.
