Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within India.
For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) of receipt.
Once shipped, orders within India are usually delivered within 2–6 days, while international orders take 5–14 days, depending on the destination.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Tracking
We ship all Hoop Flo orders through our trusted courier partner, Delhivery. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and an SMS from Delhivery with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on their website.
Please ensure that you provide a valid email address and contact number at checkout so we can keep you updated.
Missed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is missed for either domestic or international orders, our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts before the package is returned to the Hoop Flo headquarters. In such cases, any costs incurred for re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Receiving Your New Hoop
All of our hoops are collapsible and come coiled inside their packaging. Since our hoops are lightweight and flexible, they may temporarily retain the coiled shape used for delivery. If your hoop appears slightly oval when you first uncoil and connect it, don’t worry – this is completely normal. To reshape your hoop, disconnect the ends at the metal button connector and allow the hoop to return to its natural shape, or gently push or pull it back into a circle. The flexible plastic will return to its original form.
You might notice that coiling your hoop feels a bit stiff the first few times. This will become easier with use. That said, we recommend coiling your hoop only when necessary, as frequent coiling may reduce its lifespan and increase the risk of cracking over time.
Please note, your new hoop is flexible and durable, but not indestructible!
We urge all customers to avoid taking the hoop outside and to handle with extra care for the first few days. Hoops with scratches or dents that are reported more than 24 hours after delivery are automatically ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact team@hoopflo.com as soon as possible regarding any cancellation requests.
- Orders cancelled before shipping are subject to a 2% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Orders cancelled after shipping are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Errors
While shipping errors are rare, they can happen.
If you need to return your hoop due to an error or damage, please keep the original packaging and all items it came with.
This is required for us to process any refunds or replacements.
Address Changes
No changes in address are possible once an order has been placed.
Customers are required to use the correct address when placing an order.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery address, please contact team@hoopflo.com before placing the order.
Incorrect Product
If you have received an incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at team@hoopflo.com with your order number and clear images of the item received.
All incorrect orders must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all items and add-ons included.
Once the return is received and inspected, Hoop Flo will replace the product with the correct item at no additional cost.

Damage on Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, please do not use the product and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email us at team@hoopflo.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear images of the item received. To ensure a fair assessment, reports of scratches or dents made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
