I’m a hoop dancer, instructor, expressive art therapist, and the brain behind Hoop Flo – though some of you might know me as the #sareeflow girl ;)
I stumbled into hooping 14 years ago after a random YouTube video changed my idea of what a hula hoop could do. Turns out, it's definitely more than waist hooping. As someone who once felt awkward and scared to move freely, dancing in the safety of a hoop felt joyful, and I just couldn't stop!
Since then, I’ve been lucky to share this joy with so many kids, adults, mothers, corporates, creatives, and people who never thought they could dance. Watching all kinds of people find connection and freedom in that simple circle has been one of my greatest gifts.
I hope Hoop Flo becomes that space for you—a place to play, explore, and rediscover yourself. Welcome to the circle!
