We paused operations to stand with the students’ protests, and during that time, our only on-ground staff was involved in a serious road accident (he’s better now!). In the chaos that followed, we fell behind on getting your orders out.

You’re the reason Hoop Flo exists, and our community will always be our number one priority. We’ve made changes behind the scenes to speed things up and held off on resuming the sale until every outstanding order was out the door.
