Alice Rose- UK

Alice Rose reluctantly started hooping in 2013 and ironically became completely obsessed. So much so that she won Hooping.org’s “Best New Hooper of the Year” award in 2014 back in the pre-TikTok, pre-Instagram days. Since then, Alice has captivated audiences and students alike, performing and teaching at festivals, conventions, and gatherings across Europe, the UK, hosting renegade shows like at the Phoenix Fire Convention.

A longtime yoga practitioner, Alice sees hooping as a moving meditation, a tool for self-expression, balance, and flow. With her you'll be exploring hoop balance, and how to integrate moments of stillness and flow within movement. She'll also be teaching the fundamentals of chest hooping, which will focus on sustaining, travelling, and dancing while chest hooping alongside an introduction to breaks.

Rooted in community, Alice’s heart remains with her juggling family at Spinning@, London — the place that shaped her flow and continues to inspire her journey today.
