Your Forest Circle pass includes accommodation right at the venue. Choose from a range of stay options at Varanashi Farm—from tents and dorms to Floating A-Frames, Mud Cottages, and the Devdaru Tree House.
We offer two booking categories: one for solo travellers, and one for those booking for two.
Forest Circle is open to guests aged 10 and above. If you’re bringing a child under 10 or need a customised group booking, scroll down and drop us a message.
Please note: transport to the farm (flights, buses, airport transfers etc.) is not included in your pass.

Tier 1
Pitch Your Own Tent Pass
Rs 22,500
This pass gives you full access to all Forest Circle activities along with a solo tent space.
The tent area has a roofed shelter to keep you covered in case of sun or rain. It’s a short forest walk to the toilets/showers (about 4 minutes) and a 7-8 min walk to the cafe and shala. A lovely option for those who enjoy walking through nature and want to be fully immersed in it.
Note: This pass includes the tent, a mattress, a sleeping bag & a pillow.
Tier 2
Dormitory
Rs 24,000
Budget-friendly and social! We have two dorm rooms, one reserved only for female, one for mixed gender. You’ll share this lively dorm with 15 hoopers from around the country.
Toilets and showers are right next to the dorm, and there's a greenhouse to dry clothes. Ideal for solo adventurers who don’t mind bunk beds and new friends.
With a tiny basketball court, skating rink, and open green spaces, it’s built for play and connection and easily accessible to the shala.

Private rooms or shared tent for two
For friends, couples, or parent + child (10+), booking together. This pass gives access for two people and includes either a private stay or a tent pass for two.

Settle into a cozy room sharing duplex mud cottage. The room features two double beds, an attached washroom, and warm, earthen vibes that blend comfort with nature. It's a 1 min walk to the cafe and nursery and a 7-8 min walk to the hoop shala.

Floating A-Frame Female- SOLD OUT!

This is one of our most magical stays! It’s nestled by a clear blue pond (bluer than anything you’ll find across the country!)
The cottage has three cozy levels, all connected with each other in one big cottage, like a triplex, each with a double bed and a view of the blue pond. The rooms are connected by a charming little stairway:
- Lower level - Leads straight to the pond — you'll both need to pass a swim test to be placed here, so only choose this if you're a swimmer.
- Ground level - Ideal if you'd prefer to avoid stairs, perfect for relaxed movement.
- Loft (Upper Level)- Has a high A-frame ceiling, perfect for snug sleepers.
Note: The bathroom is a 2-minute walk from the cottage, shared with the dormitories. Best suited for those who enjoy nature, a little adventure, and sharing space.
Devdaru Tree House- SOLD OUT!
Perched among trees, you'll be getting THE most elevated and quiet escape, and there's only one tree house in the entire farm. This tree house is thoughtfully designed by the Treehouse Community, made especially for the adventurous spirit. Situated between the cafe and shala, it's a 5 min walk from both the venues.
The private bathroom is a short flight of stairs below, so this stay is best for those comfortable with a little climbing and no mobility concerns. .
Premium Mud Cottage- SOLD OUT!
Ideal for friends, couples, or duos booking together.
Book the entire cottage for two people—whether you're partners or hoop friends or a parent and kid! The space comes with one king sized bed, an attached bathroom and ample space for an extra mattress if you're more than 2. It's a 1 min walk to the cafe and nursery and a 7-8 min walk to the hoop shala.
There are only two rooms of this kind.
